DAY 2: FLIGHT FROM ULAANBAATAR TO ULGII

We depart Ulaanbaatar on a domestic flight and land in the city of Ulgii. Our drivers will meet you at the airport, marking the beginning of our adventure. After lunch at a restaurant in Ulgii, in the afternoon we'll visit the Bayan-Ulgii Provincial Museum. Here, you'll discover the nomadic lifestyle of the Kazakh people, their traditional crafts, the secrets of eagle hunting culture, and the history of the region's rare fauna. In the evening, we'll settle into a ger camp to relax and unwind.

DAY 3,4: FESTIVAL

Experience the excitement of the Golden Eagle Festival, where Kazakh hunters gather to compete in traditional skills. Watch the opening parade as the hunters proudly display their eagles and splendid costumes. Over the next two days, enjoy thrilling competitions where eagles soar down from the mountains to capture moving targets, testing their speed and hunting skills. The festival also includes traditional Kazakh games such as Kokbar, a type of horseback tug-of-war, and Kiz Khuar, an exciting horse race. These two days offer incredible photography opportunities, from dramatic action shots to breathtaking portraits. The festival concludes with an awards ceremony for the best hunters. Overnight stay in a ger camp.

DAY 5,6: KHOVD

On the fifth day, we'll head to the city of Khovd. Along the way, we'll stop to admire the breathtaking beauty of Lake Tolbo, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and dramatic landscapes. On the walls, we'll admire fascinating depictions of mammoths, camels, wild oxen, ibex, and penguin-like birds.

The cave's main hall, up to 15 meters high, offers a majestic and spacious atmosphere, with several corridors branching out inside.
